简介:
宋忠孝,304永利集团官网入口教授,博士生导师,金属材料强度国家重点实验主任助理,中国表面工程学会委员,中国材料研究学会青年工作委员会第七届理事会理事。2014年获中国“产学研创新个人奖”,2013年入选科技部“科技创新创业人才”,2009年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。主持国家自然基金2项,参与国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973) 2项、国家863项目1项、国家自然基金2项,国防重点基础研究发展计划项目(国防973)1项。主持山东省科技厅创新基金和科技攻关项目各1项,主持的“梯度铜钨/铬锆铜整体触头开发与产业化应用”项目入选科技部2012年863项目库,在国际、国内期刊发表学术论文50余篇,SCI收录40多篇,ISTP收录5篇,EI收录6篇。主持企业横向课题多项,获得授权发明专利20余项。

主持横向课题:
2009,主持开发无氰银/石墨复合镀层工艺技术,研制开发了一种环境友好型无氰银电镀液配方及复合电镀方法,在保证银基优良导电性的基础上通过石墨的复合进一步提升了镀层的耐磨性和电接触性能,大幅提高了电器开关的使用寿命和稳定性。
2011,主持开发浇注绝缘子用半导体材料项目,解决了均压环高分子复合材料成型过程中石墨分散不均匀、浇筑成型难、脱模性差的问题,大大提高了该材料的可成形性,并克服了该材料导电性与强度不可兼得的矛盾,显著提高了导电性与强度。
2011,主持开发碳纤维接地网防腐新材料,研制出丙烯酸树脂多基复合导电防腐涂料配方,利用冷喷技术实现了对接地网扁铁的批量涂覆,并成功通过青海省盐碱地的接地网铺设实验。
2013,主持开发HPM波导探测器焊接项目,完成某探测器的芯片金属化设计与材料可焊性研究,通过对其材料与结构的原创性改进,实现探测器芯片与电路的一体化焊接,大幅提高器件性能及其热稳定性;
2016,主持开发滤波器替代电镀银技术应用研究项目,通过磁控溅射技术替代电镀技术,实现滤波器表面功能涂层的优化设计。
